This installation has a host of standout features – the beautiful Georgian bars, gorgeously configured guttering and THAT roofing system. It’s a roofing system that you might not have come across before because it’s relatively new, but once you know the name of it, you won’t forget it; the UltraRoof. Used in a new-build conservatory or as a replacement roofing system, the UltraRoof has large rectangular panels in its tiled covering and they are designed to capture the light of the sun and deliver year-round warmth to the extension.
We’re now decades on from when Gable conservatories were first developed, but they remain popular amongst the British public, and particularly with the owner of this house. Hugely spacious on the inside, they have transformed the space into a luxury dining area, with mealtimes regularly taking place at the wooden dining table. Keen not to remain too attached to conservatory living, they also appointed Amber to integrate French doors into the largest section of the conservatory, and their double opening helps extend the conservatory into the garden. It also brings in some welcome fresh air during the summer months, not that the UltraRoof fails to supply a cool atmosphere!
