SURVEYING
Every job begins with an accurate survey. A member of the Amber team will check over your property and double-check all the dimensions are correct, ready for manufacture.
They will also determine that the structural openings and surroundings are in good condition and ensure that the chosen design is suitable for your property.
CARE & ATTENTION
Just as important as fitting your products is keeping your house as clean and tidy as possible. Our Amber installers will lay down sheets and help remove any valuables and prized possessions to prevent them from being damaged.
They’ll also take extreme care to ensure they leave your home as they found it, and clean up any mess and debris before they consider it a job well done.
FITTING
Your existing frames will be removed and, where possible recycled. The installers will also clear the area of any old sealant and debris to create a clean working area.
Then, your new frames will be carefully secured into position to ensure an accurate fit.
GLAZING
All glazed units will be fitting before beading is tapped into place. Where required, trims will be measured and fitted.
Before we finish the work, both frame and glass will be thoroughly cleaned of dirt to ensure your new windows are in sparkling condition.
EXPERT FINISH
To finish, we’ll place a smooth bead of silicone between the frame and the brickwork to ensure a long-lasting, watertight finish. And after one final clean, you can stand back and admire the another successful Amber Home Improvements installation.

PROFESSIONALISM

You’ll be given a firm fitting date, usually between 3 to 6 weeks hence. An installation manager will make sure that all the building work runs smoothly in advance to meet this date, starting with a professional site survey and concluding with a satisfaction questionnaire.
