Energy-efficient, secure and low-maintenance uPVC windows, made to measure in a wide choice of styles and finishes.
A modern uPVC window has three main parts: a multi-chambered uPVC frame, a sealed double-glazed unit, and the locks, hinges and seals that hold it all together. The chambers inside the frame trap air and add rigidity. The sealed unit uses low-E coated glass, a gas-filled cavity and a warm-edge spacer to cut heat loss through the glass. Good weather seals keep out draughts and rain.
uPVC is still the most popular choice for replacement windows because it gives a good balance of performance, choice and price, and it doesn’t need painting. An occasional wipe-down and a drop of oil on the hinges and locks keeps it working well.
A modern uPVC window suits most homes, from post-war semis to new builds. For a more traditional look, see our flush casement windows and sliding sash windows.

Our uPVC windows are a versatile choice for most homes, combining proven performance, security and low maintenance with a wide choice of styles and finishes.

Heavy-duty, engineered hinges support the weight of the sash and give smooth, controlled opening, with anti-crowbar hinge technology to resist the hinge side being levered open.
Up to 9-point locking, incorporating two high-compression hinge bolts, secures the sash to the frame all the way round. An enhanced security option is available for specifications designed to meet Secured by Design requirements.
Multi-chambered uPVC construction, with 14 chambers across the combined sash and frame. The chambers help reduce heat loss and add rigidity, and the frame is reinforced where the size and style of window need it.
Dual-density weather seals around the sash help reduce draughts, weather ingress and unwanted outside noise.
Argon-filled double glazing with an ultra-clear outer pane, a low-E coated inner pane and a warm-edge spacer helps keep the warmth in your rooms. Clear, obscure and decorative glass is available.
Locking handles in a choice of styles and finishes, chosen to suit your windows and the look of your home.
Our uPVC windows combine a multi-chambered frame with argon-filled double glazing, multi-point locking and dual-density weather seals. Compared with old single-glazed or early double-glazed windows, that usually means fewer draughts and less heat lost through the glass.
How much difference you notice depends on what you are replacing and how your home is heated, so we don’t promise specific savings.
Your windows’ final specification is confirmed at survey.
Once you’ve chosen a window style, choose the colour, glass and handles to suit your home. We’ll bring samples to your survey so you can see them against your house.
White is still the most popular choice, but our uPVC windows also come in a range of colours and woodgrain finishes, examples of which are shown here, from Anthracite Grey and Chartwell Green to Irish Oak and Rosewood. Colours on screen are a guide only.
Choose clear glass for the view, or obscure and decorative textured glass, shown here, for bathrooms and street-facing rooms. Georgian or astragal bars and leaded effects are available for a more traditional look.
Choose from a range of window handles in several styles and finishes, shown here. Key-locking handles are available, and your window consultant will help you match the hardware to your windows and your home.
