The homecation can be just as fun for all the family as any holiday abroad, with lots of photographs taken as mementos and memories made.
In time for your homecation, we highly recommend getting some bi-folding doors fitted, as they will benefit your break in a series of ways.
We’ll explain to help you understand this random suggestion:
Mix the indoors and outdoors
Home and garden both need to be used during a homecation and instead of them being very separate spaces, unify them in an instant by fully opening a bi-folding door that’s positioned between the two destinations.
To get the biggest possible opening, request the addition of our 7-pane design, or if you’re tight for room, we have a 2-pane design that will still provide a generous opening.
Indoors, outdoors. It will all be the same once a bi-fold is used to invite the two into each other.
Enjoy some fresh air
We are going to assume that this summer will be one of the hottest summers in recent times, with temperatures regularly breaking the 30+ mark.
If that proves right, you don’t want your indoor space to become too stuffy and hot. The opening of a bi-fold will stop that from happening and keep everyone nice and cool.
You could buy a fan, we suppose. But no fan in the world could ever look as stylish as a bi-folding door does.
Helps with outdoor dining
Going out at night for a meal outside if always one of the nicest parts of being on holiday. You can still do that at home though, Just dress up and have a barbecue.
If you don’t have one already, invest in an outdoor grill and head to the supermarket for lots of burgers and sausages.
Where does a bi-folding door come into all of this? When fully extended, it will help you easily take plates, cutlery etc. outside from the kitchen.
Our bi-folding doors will benefit you after your summer homecation is over too. Find out more about our bi-folds here.
