Do You Know That We Have A Price Promise At Amber?


It’s inevitable that we would say this, but we firmly believe that our pricing structure, right across our full range of products, is very competitive and fair for what you get. 

And what exactly it is that you get is, amongst other things, an expert and professional service, installations that comply with all guidelines, a variety of styles and colours, and a 20-year guarantee. 

If you do your homework and compare our prices against the prices of rival local companies, and many national companies, you will see for yourself that Amber Home Improvements is up there from a pricing point-of-view with virtually everyone. 

We won’t always win out on price though, we’re honest enough to admit that. 

Sometimes, a customer will inform us that they have been quoted for less elsewhere, and in this scenario, we advise them of our price promise*. 

This price promise can be actioned when you come across a product with the same quality, at a company in our service areas with the same service standards, within 7 days, for a better price, which is when we’ll refund the difference. 

All we need as proof is the name of the competitor and details of the product, along with a copy of the original quote, so that we can then verify everything, and determine whether we can beat or refund the difference for you. 

So, please. Don’t stay quiet if someone outdoes us on the price front, that’s what our price promise is there for!

Original copy of the competing offer and specification of the competing conservatory, orangery, window and door product must be enclosed with the claim. Only one claim per customer per order. Amber Home Improvements Limited decision on whether a competitor’s product matches the features offered by us is final.
