Do I need an appointment to visit?

No, walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Prefer a set time? Book a showroom appointment online or call 01603 672638 and we’ll make sure an adviser is free for you.

What can I see in the showroom?

Our main window ranges are on display to compare side by side, along with front and back doors, patio, French and bifold doors, conservatory and living-space products, roof cross-sections and roofline. You can also compare colour, glass and handle samples.

Can I compare window colours, handles and glazing?

Yes. You can compare frame colours and woodgrain finishes, decorative and obscure glass, and handle styles side by side, so you can choose in person rather than from photos.

Can I get advice or a quotation while I am there?

You can get advice from our team on any visit. For an accurate fixed price we arrange a free, no-obligation home survey, because the price depends on your exact sizes and property.

Is the showroom open at weekends?

Yes. We’re open on Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is free on-site parking for up to 8 cars. The showroom is all on the ground floor, with wheelchair access.

Can I bring plans, photos or measurements to discuss a project?

Yes, please do. Photos of your home, drawings or rough measurements help us talk through the options and explain what a survey would involve.
