70mm PVCu Profiles - rigid polyvinyl chloride, unplasticated with acrylic modifiers, extruded using powder PVCu as feedstock, with a gloss white finish.

FINISH - choice of white, golden oak, mahogany and rosewood. Woodgrain finishes are applied as a surface foil to the PVCu (either internal or external face of profile).

GLAZING - all products are internally glazed with either flat or ogee beads. (Glazing practices and use of safety glass must comply with BS 6262). The gaskets meet the requirements of BS 7412: 1991 and feature either a low level black/white type.

REINFORCEMENT - hot rolled galvanised steel and mild steel section to G275 N BS 2989, reinforcement is incorporated where design criteria or size limitations are exceeded. All doors and laminated products are fully reinforced as standard practice.

WINDOW LOCKING MECHANISM - comprising of either espagnolette multipoint locks or bi-directional shoot bolts further enhanced by two adjustable roller cams and a central dead bolt. The mechanism is operated by a key locking handle.

DOOR LOCKS - incorporate opposing hooks and are further fortified with rollers and a deadbolt, which engages into a maximum strength full length keep. Heavy duty dog bolts on the hinge side for extra security.

DOOR HINGES - are profile specific and heavy duty flag type, providing maximum strength with 3 dimensional adjustment.
